Cookie Dough Protein Bites Recipe - Low Calorie Dessert Recipe
Hey everybody and welcome to the video This is Josh here, and today I have a quick little dessert recipe for you all. Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Protein Balls I had completely forgot about this one until recently, it’s a dead simple recipe that takes 5 minutes to make and these things are so tasty. These were a staple of mine last year towards the end of my diet, I hope you all enjoy them. If you do, be sure to hit the thumbs up button and subscribe, I put out new videos every Monday and Friday. We’re going to start by combining our dry ingredients. Add 1 Cup of almond flour and two scoops of protein powder. I used chocolate, but you can use whatever flavor you’d like or have on hand. Then add 30 grams of chocolate chips, 1/3 of a cup of sugar free maple syrup, and 2 servings of peanut butter. Mix all of the ingredients together into a cookie dough like consistency. You may need to add more maple syrup depending on the protein powder you use. Once everything is combined, roll the cookie dough into balls. Don’t try and be fancy like I did with the melon baller, it didn’t work. Also, I attempted to bake a few to see how they turned out. Also didn’t work. They came out dry and terrible, these definitely have to be eaten in cookie dough form. The recipe makes about 12 cookie dough balls, and they come out to about 115 calories each.
