Mushroom Choila / Choyla recipe - Nepali Food recipe
to prepare a mushroom choila I have taken 1 lb oyster mushroom you can use any kind of mushroom next I have ginger and garlic spring onion green chilies next I have soaked dried chilies red onion salt as per the taste fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp cumin and coriander powder 1 medium sized boiled and peeled tomato I have sichuan pepper or timur and turmeric powder first of all separate the mushroom now washed the mushroom with warm water next squeezed the water from mushroom add oil in a pan add mushroom as well fry till this turn into brown color meantime I will prepare the paste for choila ginger and garlic soaked dried chilis grind it add tomato too grind sichuan pepper or timur as well this is ready now mushroom is ready now transfer in a bowl add paste in a same bowl in a same pan add mustard oil add fenugreek seeds as well add turmeric powder temper the mushroom with this oil next add spring onion green chilies and red onion salt and chili powder cumin and coriander powder mix it really well mushroom choila is ready to be served .
