How to make Dalmoth - Dalmoth Recipe
This is a very easy way to make dalmoth without machine and is my secret method So, lets get started with the ingredients At first, I took gram lentil and I soaked it for one hour and left it to dry for 20 minutes It is mung bean and I soaked it for 1 hour and let it dry for 20 minutes This is black pulse with it's cover removed and I did same process with it It is peas and i did same process with it For cashew nut I soaked it for only 10 minutes and dried it for 10 minutes this is gram flour water uncooked peanut amchur (raw dried mango powder) chilli powder black salt and normal salt mix cumin powder oil At first, we will make dough of gram flour add some salt now stir it with something I am also adding 2 spoon oil from big spoon After adding oil mix it slowly After adding oil flour should look like this Now, slowly start adding water and mix well This is the most important part while making dalmoth After dough reaches this state wash your hand this dough is very sticky so, we should wash our hand from time to time When dough reaches to this state make sphere of dough and leave it while making sphere, if it sticks in your hand you may use some oil Now, to fry the ingredients heat the pan and put oil in it Our heat must be medium to high Now we need big strainer Oil is starting to heat and I will fry these ingredients one by one At first I am frying black pulse slowly move the strainer and fry we should at least fry these for two minutes After two minutes put it in a paper towel Now I am frying gram fry these for 2 minutes while frying for two minutes it starts to float If that's the case it is ready for our dalmoth I am putting these on the paper towel Now I am frying mung bean bean and peas must be completely dry This bean is also done Now we are frying peas You can stir every other ingredients with spoon as well our peas are also ready At last, we will fry our cashew and peanut we will fry these for one minute only our cashew and peanut are also ready I am going to teach you the most important thing while making dalmoth Now, we are going to make bhujia of dalmoth Which is normally made in machine But, I will teach you an easy way to make it at home Now, we need this Normally, we grate potato, radish e.t.c in this This is the gram flour dough Now we grate this with the grater In this process our heat must be in medium heat grate this slowly and fry At one time do only half of the dough Stir it, flip it and cook well when it is golden brown take it out make bhujiya of remaining dough as well Stir it, flip it and fry till golden brown while frying it it doesn't take more than one minute this is also ready now I am taking it out we have now fried all the ingredients now remove paper towel slowly crush the bhujia in small pieces See how crunchy it is And mix all the fried stuff After mixing it we will add our spices salt as per taste this salt is mix of normal salt and black salt red chilli powder cumin powder At last, add amchur powder(raw dried mango powder) If you have hing It is better to add it our all spices are coated well in the mix It looks so yummy!
