Today I am here with the Chicken Gravy Recipe which we usually get in the restaurants to eat This recipe takes a bit more time than usual to make but the taste will be delecious I made this recipe as easy as possible to make Lets get started with the ingredients needed Cardamom (Sukmel) Pepper (Marich) Bay Leaf (Tej Patta) Cinnamon stick (Dal chini) Cloves (Lwang) Dried red chillis (Sukeko Khursani) Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder) Red Chilli Powder (Khursani ko dhulo) Garam Masala Turmeric Powder (Besar) Salt (Nun) as per your taste Finely Chopped Tomatoes I chopped 2 tomatoes Similarly chopped onion Ginger garlic paste I have taken the leg pieces of chicken I have cut in between the chicken legs You can use any part of chicken to prepare this dish Heat the pan and add some oil in it After the oil is hot enough, add the following: Cardamom Dried Red chilli Kloves Pepper Tej Patta Cinnamon Jeera. Let it fry on it's own for a moment. Now you can stir it after 30 seconds or so After frying the whole spices for around 2 minutes, add onions and fry it well We fry this until the onion is soft enough After the oil starts to come up, we know that the onions are ready Now, add trumeric powder Add salt as per your taste Add ginger / garlic paste and stir it well Now we need to add tomatoes and mix it up as well Tomatoes should also be soft as onions Now the tomatos turned into gravy and we see the oil above it In this stage, we add the meat in it Add all the remaining speices as well I am adding red chilli powder Garam Masala At last I am adding coriander powder and mixing it up We need to cook while stirring for 2-3 minutes After 2-3 minutes, we add water in it Water shoud be added according to the need of your gravy. Stir it once After adding water, we need to cook it in a LOW HEAT Cook it in a low heat for 25 minutes with the lid on I am opening the lid after 25 minutes When we cook in slow heat, the gravy doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan The gravy is also perfect You can have a look, the chicken is cooked properly Now we can add coriander to the chicken gravy to enhance the flavour I have turned the heat off.
