Traditional Mula ko Achar Recipe
today I am here with the recipe of radish pickle. radish is a healthy food It has many health benifit So, lets get started with it's ingredients. 2 radish cleaned and kept aside don't peel the outer cover mustard oil garlic cut in halves red chilly powder turmeric salt cumin mustard seed green chilly long, cut into 2 halves radish cut it like this cut in this size it doesn't matter if it's little small or big i will show you, how to cut it cut it like this take 3 piece and cut it like this do same for others it must be like this when done cut all the radish now, we have to dry it in the sun dry it in the sun dry green chilly too. and garlic too. we have to dry it in sun for 2 days. after 2 days, radish must be soft like this it doesn't break we will ready our spices for this heat the pan add mustard seed our heat must be medium stir it and fry it if we add mustard to our pickle , it prevents cough Now, it is done and we will ground it i will ground it in this ground it well it is done you don't have to make it paste fry cumin too when it is brown like this, ground it too Now, it is done. Now, mix them all salt as per taste red chilly powder if you don't like it add less cumin powder cumin enhances the flavour mustard powder mustard oil turmeric mix it with dry spoon only after mixing well, add it into clean and dry jar. i have this jar it is clean and dry add the pickle add and do like this i made 2 jar pickle we have to close the lid tightly dry it in the sun for 7 days you can have it after 7 days. the longer you keep, tastier it becomes. when taking the pickle out use dry spoon only make this recipe at home and enjoy it with your friends and family.
