Hello , my name is Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, today's recipe is inspired by the street food of Mumbai. I am making the Mumbai special street food, Tomato Tawa Pulao. You will find this on the street foods of Mumbai where you get the pav bhaji there you can enjoy this delicacy. I'll show you the recipe of this pulao. First of all, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp of chopped ginger, 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, it is spicy and tasty to eat, along with that add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, saute well, as garlic browns add 1/2 cup of tomato puree, to make this 1/2 cup of tomato puree blend 2 tomatoes. Add spices like, 1 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala, add pav bhaji masala as per the quantity of rice, add 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, sing and dance Namak Shamak while adding salt, cook well for 2 minutes till you get the flavor and add vegetables. Take a big tomato, cut it into cubes, add 1 big tomato, 1 small cubes of carrot, 1 small cauliflower, 3-4 tbsp of green peas, paneer is optional, add 1 tbsp of Vinegar, and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, add 1 cup of water and mix well, add 2 cups of boiled rice and spread it on the mixture, add 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves, you can cover and cook for a minutes till the rice turns soft and till you get a nice tomato flavor, further cook it for a minute and mix well. The Tomato Pulao is ready, I will take a bowl to serve, garnish it with chopped 1 tbsp coriander. The Tomato Pulao is ready, spicy and tasty, in the perfect quantity for 2 people.
