transfer the milk into a pot and bring one boil on high heat reduce 1/3 part of milk on medium high heat meanwhile, heat ghee into a pan and fry the bread slices till they become golden and crispy take them out and fry the reaming slices with the same method. for sugar syrup, boil 11/2 cup of water, add sugar and cook it on medium cook it for 8-10 min on medium heat once milk reduces add khoya and cardamom powder, cook it on high heat for 5 min. you can use condensed milk instead of khoya add food color or saffron milk now arrange fried slices into a flat bottom vessel pour the prepared milk over the fried slices pour sugar syrup as well.. turn on the flame and let it cook on medium heat for 8-10 min turn off the heat, ready to serve
